We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Returns / Refunds

If you are unhappy with the products in any way you may return them within 7 days of receipt for either a full refund or for an exchange (less our courier charges) . This must be done within 30 days of receipt. We will send the exchanged item to you free of charge, on receipt of the original goods. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging included. All returns are checked by Anarchy Scooter Products before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in a saleable condition and will return them at cost to the buyer.

If the reason for return is because of an error on our part, or the product is faulty, we will also refund the cost of the return postage up to £10. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after returned goods are received and checked by us.

We would advise you to at least obtain proof of posting when returning goods, as loss or damage during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
